The Women’s Voices Summit 2026, organised by Women’s Voices Maldives in partnership with Moms Aid, was successfully held on 11 July 2026 at the Villa College QI Campus. Now in its fourth edition, the summit brought together women from diverse backgrounds for a powerful day of learning, inspiration, meaningful conversations, and connection.
The programme featured an engaging lineup of keynote addresses, panel discussions, and interactive sessions covering a broad range of topics, including leadership, resilience, creativity, technology, entrepreneurship, health and wellbeing, and personal growth. Throughout the day, more than 20 accomplished speakers shared their personal journeys, the challenges they overcame, and the experiences that shaped them into the leaders they are today. Their stories inspired participants to embrace new opportunities, pursue their ambitions with confidence, and recognise the value of their own voices and potential.
Beyond the sessions, the summit served as a vibrant platform for women to exchange ideas, build professional relationships, and strengthen a growing network of women committed to supporting and uplifting one another across the Maldives. The conversations extended far beyond the stage, creating new collaborations, friendships, and opportunities that will continue to grow long after the event.
The summit also featured a dedicated vendor marketplace, providing local women-led businesses with an opportunity to showcase their products and connect directly with summit attendees. Island Bazaar, Lavalier, and Mermaidstains participated as vendors, offering attendees the chance to discover and support local women-owned businesses. Our partners, Allied Insurance and SME Digital, also set up information tables to engage with participants and promote their products and services. Adding to the experience, our Wellness Partner, Footrub Maldives, hosted a dedicated setup offering express pedicures during the scheduled break, giving attendees an opportunity to relax and recharge while connecting with fellow participants.
